Our History
When InStaff Personnel first opened its doors as Waggoner Personnel in 1984, no one in Corsicana, Texas knew what a temporary service was. While there wasn't any competition, there also wasn't any demand. The company booked sales of $37,449.44 in its first year. The business operated a lot differently in those days when workers were used strictly to fill-in during employee vacations or during a peak season of production. The first customer to place an order with InStaff in Corsicana is still working with InStaff to this day. Extraordinary service on the first order secured the customer; a never-ending commitment to service kept the customer.

While the great service has not changed in all these years, just about everything else in our business has. Today, we don't just fill-in for vacations. Instead, we serve as a strategic partner for our customers by helping them manage their human capital from recruiting and staffing to on-site management to Human Resources Consulting.
