of our employees as an On-Site Supervisor to manage the day-to-day
servicing of a temporary workforce, our customers gain a number
of advantages that help improve efficiency and reduce cost.

As
an extension of the human resources department, the On-Site Supervisor
is closely tied to our customer's day-to-day operations. This intimate
knowledge of our customer's business as well as the close proximity
of our employee leads to open communication with line supervisors
and thorough understanding of all temporary job requirements. As
a result, our representative on-site will be uniquely qualified
to accurately match temporary employees to our customer's assignments.

Depending
on the needs of each business, the On-Site Supervisor can manage
the movement of temporary workers among departments to accommodate
the ebb and flow of workloads so that all temporary employees on
assignment are productive all of the time.
Customized
Orientation and Employee Handbook
When
one of our employees starts an assignment, he or she will report
to the On-Site Supervisor first to receive an initial orientation
customized to each customer's work site. After the orientation is
completed, the On-Site Supervisor will escort the temporary to the
work site. This process will save the human resources department
and end-user supervisors a great deal of time, as they will only
need to concentrate on training the employee on the core functions
of the job.
Coaching
and Counseling
The
On-Site Supervisor will counsel employees to better meet the requirements
and productivity goals of the position. Our staff will take total
responsibility for handling turnover, personnel concerns, and terminations
of non-productive employees. By fulfilling our responsibility as
the employer, we handle personnel issues quickly and relieve our
customer of these burdens.
Timecard
Management and Check Delivery
We
will ensure that all timecards are completed and signed. Once checks
are generated, we will hand deliver them on-site, a special benefit
reserved for major customers.
Special
Reports
We
work with each and every customer to develop special reports that
help improve the management and tracking of a temporary workforce.
Monthly tracking reports might include quality performance results
from our Five-Day Performance Calls, current headcount, hours worked
and dollars billed, turnover, exit interview results, or any other
information important to our customer.
