We
consider payroll to be the most important service we provide to
our temporary employees, so we designed our program to benefit our
employees first. All checks are printed at each office and available
for pick-up every Friday. If there are any problems with payroll,
corrections are handled on the spot and paychecks are reprinted
immediately. Hence, the employees working for you are never unhappy
as a result of payroll problems, a common complaint heard by temporary
workers that is not heard by our employees.

from Unemployment Liability

Personnel processes all claims for unemployment saving you the time
and trouble of responding to these requests for information. We
also save you money by reducing the unemployment liability created
when workers are laid off as a result of decreased workload. If
temporary employees make themselves available for work after the
end of an assignment (i.e. layoff), we will find them another place
to work, a much better option for them than a simple layoff that
leaves them unemployed.
