The retention of employees has become especially important in your tight labor market. Our benefits program is designed to reward temporary workers for their loyalty. This dedication to working for InStaff Personnel ultimately benefits you by reducing the lost time and increased expense associated with high turnover.

Paid Holidays

Employees of InStaff Personnel are eligible for the following six paid holidays after 1200 hours of work: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day. The cost of the program is covered by InStaff Personnel.

Paid Vacations

Employees are eligible for one week of paid vacation after completing one year of employment. To qualify, an employee must have worked at least 1500 hours during the 12-months following their start date. The cost of this benefit is also covered entirely by InStaff Personnel.

Medical Insurance

Each employee has the option to choose from two medical insurance plans.

Referral Bonuses

We reward temporary employees who refer other candidates for employment. We will pay our employee a cash bonus after the referred individual works at least 40 hours with InStaff Personnel. This benefit also helps service your account by increasing the pool of available, and generally more reliable, workers.

Pre-employment Safety Training (Per Customer Request)

We care about the safety of our employees, so we take safety on the job very seriously. We provide specific safety training for many of our customers, especially those who operate risky work environments.

Issuance of Safety Equipment

For the convenience of our employees, we provide safety equipment such as weight belts to protect our employees from on-the-job injuries.

GED Assistance

Consistent with our Core Values, we seek to improve the lives of the people with whom we come in contact. Through partnerships with local educational institutions, we make it easier for our temporary employees to improve their lives by completing their high school education.
